Based on the working methods of visual artist Alexandra Roozen, composer Willem Boogman has written a series of compositions. The renowned Ives Ensemble plays the first part ‘Plain Dust’ in Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ, Amsterdam. This part refers to the series of drawings ‘Plain Dust’ by Alexandra Roozen and is performed with flute, clarinet, trombone, violin, viola, cello and percussion.
